(8) INTAKE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY. A cartridge-type filter that removes particles from the air before it enters the turbocharger. (9) BATTERY BOX. The battery box contains four 12 vdc batteries connected in series and parallel. (10) AIR TANKS. The primary and secondary air tanks and the wet tank store compressed air for operation of the brakes, CTIS, and the air/hydraulic power unit. 1-21
