(76) Position four tiedown straps (46) on J-hook (71) with four tri-rings (47). (77) Tighten four tiedown straps (46). (78) Perform steps (76) and (77) on left side. NOTE Stowage strap should be positioned between center bow brackets and left inside bow brackets.
