(8) Tighten two self-locking nuts (12) to 84-108 lb-in. (10-12 N·m). c. RH Removal. CAUTION When removing bolts, continuous removal of collars is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in seizing of collar to bolt. NOTE Steps (1) through (5) require the aid of an assistant. (1) Remove collar (1), bolt (2), and bracket (3) from frame plate (4).
