Batteries OK. WTEC II cab transmission harness OK. Faulty transmission external wiring harness. Faulty transmission internal wiring harness. Faulty N solenoid. Faulty WTEC II TEPSS. Is continuity present from connector P119-K to external wiring harness 24-pin connector pin H3? If continuity is not present, transmission external wiring harness is faulty. INITIAL SETUP Equipment Condition Engine shut down (TM 9-2320-365-10). Batteries disconnected (TM 9-2320-365-20-3).
