Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. Inspect front axle shaft universal joint for looseness, lack of lubricant, and damage. (1) Jack up vehicle (TM 9-2320-365-10) one wheel at a time and support with motor vehicle maintenance trestle. (2) Insert pry bar under tire and lift while observing steering knuckle play.
