(5) Remove eight screws (11), lockwashers (12), washers (13), and center top front cover (14) from pod (10). Discard lockwashers. WARNING Air conditioner weighs approximately 300 lbs (136 kgs). Attach a suitable lifting device prior to installation. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. CAUTION Use care when positioning air conditioner in van pod. Failure to comply may result in damage to air conditioner, pod panel, or seals. NOTE Step (6) requires the aid of three assistants. (6) Position air conditioner (15) in pod (10) with four washers (16) and screws (17). (7) Tighten four screws (17) to 27-29 lb-ft ( N·m). 20-472 Change 1
