(15) Remove six screws (29) and washers (30) from hinges (27 and 28). (16) Remove door (5) from cab. (17) Remove five screws (31), washers (32), and hinge (28) from cab. (18) Remove five screws (33), washers (34), and hinge (27) from cab. NOTE Steps (14) through (16) require the aid of an assistant.
