TM 9-2320-365-20-4 16-498 Change 2 16-77. INCLINOMETER REPLACEMENT This task covers: a. Removal B. Installation INITIAL SETUP Equipment Conditions Engine shut down (TM 9-2320-365-10-1). Materials/Parts Tool Kit, Genl Mech (Item 44, Appendix C) Wrench, Torque, 0-75 lb-in (Item 86, Appendix B) Nuts, self-locking (2) (Item 152.1, Appendix G) a. Removal (1) Remove two screws (1), washers (2), and inclinometer plate (3) from instrument panel (4). (2) Remove two self-locking nuts (5), screws (6), and inclinometer (7) from inclinometer plate (3). Discard self-locking nuts. b. Installation (1) Install inclinometer (7) on inclinometer plate (3) with two screws (6) and self-locking nuts (5). (2) Position inclinometer plate (3) on instrument panel (4) with two washers (2) and screws (1). (3) Tighten screws (1) to 25-30 lb-in (3 N•m). End of Task
