Air Conditioner Cover Installation e. Follow-On Maintenance INITIAL SETUP Equipment Conditions Engine shut down (TM 9-2320-365-10). LH and RH doors opened (115 degrees) (TM 9- 2320-365-10). Tools and Special Tools Tool Kit, Genl Mech (Item 44, Appendix C) Materials/Parts Lockwasher (18) (Item 84, Appendix G) Lockwasher (30) (Item 84, Appendix G) Personnel Required (2) a. Heater Cover Removal. NOTE The following step requires the aid of an assistant. Remove 18 screws (1), lockwashers (2), washers (3), and heater cover (4) from van body wall (5). Discard lockwashers. b. Heater Cover Installation. NOTE The following step requires the aid of an assistant. Install heater cover (4) on van body wall (5) with 18 washers (3), lockwashers (2), and screws (1). 16-176
