Is 24 VDC present at connector P115 socket 16? If 24 VDC is not present, WTEC III dashboard cable assembly is faulty. Faulty WTEC III dashboard cable assembly. Faulty terminal board TB1. Faulty WTEC III ECU. Faulty WTEC III TPSS. Repair wire 136 from connector P115 sockets 16 to circuit breaker CB43 (para 2-40) or replace WTEC III dashboard cable assembly (para 7-11).
