VOLTAGE TEST Remove rings, bracelets, watches, necklaces, and any other jewelry before working around vehicle. Jewelry can catch on equipment and cause injury or short across electrical circuits and cause severe burns or electrical shock. WARNING TM 9-2320-365-20-2 Change 2 2-1985 (1) Remove dust boot from terminal lug TL23. (2) Set multimeter to volts DC. (3) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter to terminal lug TL23. (4) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter to a known good ground and note reading on multimeter. (5) If 24 VDC is not present, replace circuit breaker CB11 (para 20-88). (6) If 24 VDC is present, replace power cable from terminal lug TL23 to terminal lug TL16 (para 20-88). Perform steps (7) through (9) if circuit breaker CB11 is faulty. (7) Position electrical distribution block cover on power distribution shelf. (8) Tighten wing screw on electrical distribution block cover. (9) Install wing screw on power distribution shelf. NOTE
