KNOWN INFO TEST OPTIONS Visual Inspection This question eliminates possible problems and determines where troubleshooting continues. Do cab air springs inflate? CTIS operates. Air hoses free from kinks and leaks. Air hose 522 OK. Air hose 506 OK. Air/hydraulic manifold OK. Pressure protection valve OK. Air hose 501 OK. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS 2. YES Go to step 13 of this fault. NO KNOWN INFO TEST OPTIONS Visual Inspection 3. Is air present at variable control check valve input port? If air is present, variable control check valve is faulty. NO YES Replace variable control check valve (para 16-9). Go to step 4 of this fault. CTIS operates. Air hoses free from kinks and leaks. Air hose 522 OK. Air hose 506 OK. Air/hydraulic manifold OK.
