TEST OPTIONS Continuity Test or STE/ICE-R Test #91 REASON FOR QUESTION KNOWN INFO Is continuity present from connector PX26 socket 6 to socket 4? YES NO 12. Faulty dashboard cable assembly. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS Tachometer illuminates. VOLTS gage OK. Engine speed sensor OK. If continuity is not present, wire 3083 from connector PX26 socket 6 to socket 4 is faulty. If continuity is present, wire 3083 from connector PX26 socket 4 to connector J31 pin 16 is faulty. Repair wire 3083 from connector PX26 socket 6 to socket 4 (para 2-40) or replace WTEC II dashboard cable assembly (para 7-10) or WTEC III dashboard cable assembly (para 7-11). Repair wire 3083 from connector PX26 socket 4 to connector J31 pin 16 (para 2-40) or replace WTEC II dashboard cable assembly (para 7-10) or WTEC III dashboard cable assembly (para 7-11).
