POSSIBLE PROBLEMS Faulty neutral start relay. Faulty WTEC II vehicle interface module (VIM). Faulty dashboard cable assembly. REASON FOR QUESTION 33. Is 76-99 ohms resistance present from neutral start relay terminal 86 to terminal 85? If 76-99 ohms resistance is not present, neutral start relay is faulty.
