TM 9-2815-220-24 DAMPER HOUSING OIL CONTROL VALVES, REPAIR/REPLACE 0106 00 INSPECTION (Continued) 1. Measure inside diameters (A and B) of sleeve (18) using inside micrometer (item 16, WP 0176). Replace sleeve if not within specifications in the following table. 2. Measure outside diameters (C and D) of pressure regulator valve (15) using outside micrometer (item 17, WP 0176). Replace valve if not within specifications in the following table. 3. Check springs (4) [cooler by-pass], (8) [filter by-pass], and (14) [pressure regulator] against the following limits using a spring tester (item 118, WP 0176). Replace any spring that is not within specifications in the following table.
