Position camshaft with end journals on V-blocks (item 131, WP 0176). b. Using dial indicator, measure run-out of center journal (A) (full indicator readout). c. Reject camshaft if run-out exceeds 0.015 inches (0.381 mm). A 6 4. Measure lift of camshaft (6) lobes (B). a. Zero dial indicator on base circle of lobe. b. Rotate camshaft (6) to reach maximum lift. c. Reject camshaft (6) if any lobe (B) does not attain a lift of 0.4140 inch (10.5156 mm). 6 B (12 places) WP 0150 00-3
