An inspection of all preparations necessary to prepare the end item for final testing will be conducted in accordance with Final Inspection Record (FIR) (WP 0047 01). All deficiencies noted in the FIRs must be corrected before the final testing is completed. 2. Final testing inspection will be performed on each end item, utilizing the FIR. All deficiencies noted in the FIR must be corrected before acceptance of end item by the Government. Table 1. Materiel Condition Forms and Labels. Number and Title Use DD Form 1574 (Serviceable Tag – Materiel) To identify serviceable materiel in Condition DD Form 1574-1 (Serviceable Label – Materiel) Codes A, B, and C.
