Provide All Material, Labor, Equipment And Supervision To Drain All Fuel From The System In Accordance With The Attached Revised Drawing M-001 2. Complete The Following Scope Of Work For The Active And Abandoned Loops: A.The Contractor Shall Remove And Deliver Fuel To Fuel Farm #2, As Indicated Below. B.The Contractor Shall Dispose Of Fuel Properly Off Base, As Indicated Below. C.The Contractor Will Provide A Means To Measure The Amount Of Fuel Being Removed From The Lines And Provide That Number To The Resident Office. Reclaim Procedure: This Fuel Shall Be Taken To The Fuel Farm #2 For Off-Loading. Misawa Pol Staff Shall Connect To The Vehicle And Unload All Fuel From The Vehicle(S). Dispose: The Contractor Shall Dispose Of The Fuel In A Proper Manner Off Base. 3.West Loop: The Contractor Shall Dispose Of All Fuel Removed From West Loop Pipe Line Off Base. 4.East Loop: For The East Loop Only, The Contractor Shall Follow The Outline Procedure Below.
