Service Shall Consist Of Being On Site For A Minimum Of Two Hours To A Maximum Of Nine Hours The Saturday Of An (A) Ut A And/Or For A Minimum Of Two Hours And A Maximum Of Nine Hours The Saturday Or Sunday Of An (A) Or (B) Uta. Total Time Worked During Any 30 Day Period Shall Not Exceed 15 Hours. Regardless Of The Number Of Patients Examined, The Contract Physician Shall Be Paid At The Hourly Rate Reflected On The Most Current Approvedprice List. It Is Estimated That Calls May Be Placed With Various Contract Physicians, Requesting Up To 300 Hours Of Service Annually.
