The Usda Rural Development Requires The Services Of Qualified Ohio State Certified Or Licensed Appraisers To Provide Appraisal Services For Single Family Housing Real Estate Property. All Appraisers Performing Appraisals Under This Contract (I.E., Employees Of Vendor) Must Be Ohio Qualified Appraisers (General Certified, Certified Residential, Or Licensed Residential). The Requested Appraisals Will Be Used In Rural Developments Determinations Of Value. The Vendor Shall Provide Two Complete Typewritten Appraisals In Accordance With Rural Development (Rd) Handbook-1-3550 Or The Instructions May Be Accessed Through The Internet At Http://Www.Rurdev.Usda.Gov/Regs/Handbook/Hb-1-3550/1Chap05.Pdf. In Addition, The Appraisal Reports Must Also Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Rd Appraisal Administrative Notices (Ans), State Procedural Notices (Pns), And The Most Recent Edition Of Uniform Standards Of Professional Appraisal Practice (Uspap). If Required, The Vendor Shall Defend The Appraisal In Court Or In The Rural Development Appeals Process. Except Where Noted Herein, The Vendor Shall Provide All Facilities, Materials, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Personnel, And Travel To Accomplish The Performance Of The Requirements Of The Agreement. The Appraisals Will Be Used To Determine The Opinion Of Market Value Of Single Family Housing Residential Properties For Loan Making, Servicing, Acquisition, Market Sales, And Foreclosure Sales.
