In Addition, The Appraisal Reports Must Also Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Rd Appraisal Administrative Notices (Ans), State Procedural Notices (Pns), And The Most Recent Edition Of Uniform Standards Of Professional Appraisal Practice (Uspap). If Required, The Vendor Shall Defend The Appraisal In Court Or In The Rural Development Appeals Process. Except Where Noted Herein, The Vendor Shall Provide All Facilities, Materials, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Personnel, And Travel To Accomplish The Performance Of The Requirements Of The Agreement.
