Additional Fill Material Will Be Part Of The Existing Berm Fill Clin And Any Amount Greater Than The Existing Quantity Already On The Contract Will Be Addressed In A Final Quantities Modification Once Complete. Change In Contract Drawings It Is Understood And Agreed That The Contract Drawings Affected By This Modification Will Be Updated To Reflect As-Built Conditions Necessitated By This Change, And That Cost For Such Updates Are Included Within This Modification Amount.
