Once The Entire Floor Is Operational Commissioning Can Be Finalized. Additional Cxa Services Are Required For The Adjacent Space Under Construction For Fda In Order To Commission The Entire Floor. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Project Connections To Central Building Automation System; Project Heating, Ventilating And Air Conditioning Systems; Scheduled Or Occupancy Sensor Lighting Controls And; Daylight Dimming Controls And Interior Dimming System Controls. This Modification Is In The Amount Of $5,220.00 As Accepted. The Current Total Amount Of This Contract Is $375,471.00.
